Import and export permit refer to the qualification of enterprises with foreign trade rights to carry out import and export business. The application for import and export permit needs to go through a relatively complicated process of approval. The enterprises to apply for import and export must be approved by Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Municipal / Regional Customs, Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Administration of Foreign Exchange, E-port and other relevant departments at the same time, and only after obtaining all the permits approved by the above-mentioned departments show that the company has the right to import and export. Only enterprises with the permits can engage in the import and export business independently in accordance with the law.
